The Scheme offers our Interns a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, learn new skills and enhance their future career prospects.”
“As a Service, we are committed to engaging with young people in our communities and expanding career pathways into the fire and rescue service. The Internship allows the Service to better connect with the people we serve and offers us valuable insight into the needs of our communities.”
The Service is looking for four interns to join the scheme for five weeks in the summer, from Thursday, 4 July to Friday, 9 August. As part of the Internship, each successful applicant will be paid an hourly wage of £10.66.
