Restart a Heart - Year 9
Over 1,000 students trained in life saving CPR skills
Each year we take part in the Restart a Heart initiative. Its aim is to train as many people as possible to administer life saving CPR skills.
On 9 November 2022, volunteers from the South Central Ambulance Service and the Royal Berkshire Fire Service came along to train our Year 9 students. To watch a video of Year 9 in action, watch the video below:
Since we joined the programme, we have trained over 1,000 students in how to safe a life! These are important skills that really could make a life changing difference.
A huge thank you to volunteers Paul, Emma and Tom who trained the students this year.
